Super weak and thin hen won't eat

I put electrolytes in her water and she is drinking that. We got her medicated chick started mashed up with water for her, but she did not eat it.

Well at least she is drinking that can help a lot maybe if you can try to put some in her beak see if she’ll try to swallow it in her own

Ive put it on her mouth, not in it bc I cant get her mouth open.

I'm not sure if this is the 'right' way to do things, but I tend to force their mouths open and feed them, if they're at a point where they just need the nutrition and wont take it for themselves. I dont use a feeding tube, but you could.

Sadly Willow passed away. Towards the end I had to give her water through a syringe

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a chicken is so hard. I know these words won't even touch he surface of the pain you feel, but I am so so sorry. May she rest in peace.
