Like I said before, Danny and one other man are the only people that know the "exacts" about poultry. Danny has to deal with all the hatching processes, breeding schemes, healthcare, show preparation, sales (orders and payments). The other man is constantly working on feed ratio, breeding pen arrangements (according to Danny's specifications) pen and housing repairs as well as sales and purchasing more stock in order to keep up with demand. The other 2 people speak Spanish as a primary language and no little to nothing about poultry except how to clean dishes and change out litter. As well as gather eggs.
Danny is NOT a miracle worker and I am BETTING that Danny asked someone from the mammal side (sheep and llama) to assist in packaging orders. Danny knows what he's doing, and I'd bet my bottom dollar the toilet-paper packaging jobs were done by someone that does not know how to carefully wrap an egg.
I would think a little training may have saved a lot of problems. To many times employees are just told to go do something with the assumption that they know how to do it. Well, over the years I have found that if you take the few extra minutes to ensure that they know exactly what is expected it saves hours of not having to undo all the wrong work.
