Its possible they give visitors a dog and pony show- they only allow people in their best facilities, show them the best quality birds, etc. Only someone who works there could see the whole picture. I can't see how people could run a proper business by starving their birds and keeping them in poor conditions. I thought it was in a hatchery's best interest to keep them healthy.
