So I am incubating and hatching fertilized Black Sex Link eggs from the local feed mill. I am noticing a large percentage of those hatching are cockerels. The feed store also sell day old baby chicks- Black sex links well as Gold and Maran sex links. Any concerns with adding pullets the same age from the feed store. Has anyone done this?

There is very little risk with chicks bringing in disease. I would say almost zero if shipped direct from the hatchery. Coming from the feed store, their main opportunity to get sick would be from the workers touching them? So still probably pretty low risk.

If you are asking about them getting along, I have chicks with a 1 week age difference doing great in the same brooder.
