Supplements for starting laying

I have five pullets I've been watching a couple weeks now for eggs and still nothing. Three of them look ready, based upon wattles and comb (Australorp, Wyandottes and RIR breeds). Anything, especially from my spice cabinet, I can add to their feed to help get them going? They'll be 22 weeks.

Nothing other than good feed and time will really help. My first pullet only just started laying at 22 weeks as well. You’ll eventually have a surprise waiting for you, just give it time!

The only things they need are a quality chicken feed, crushed oyster shell on the side and fresh clean water. After that they just need time, they'll lay when they're good and ready and not a moment before that. It's actually better for them if they wait a bit

Honestly, I'm happy to see posts like this to know I'm not alone! Mine are 22 weeks today and no eggs. Sounds like it's really not that unusual.

What all and how exactly are you feeding now?
Do they free range?

True. We've been down to one laying hen for awhile so I'm eager for results.
