I don't think it is a barred rock. Too skinny. Maybe a black sexlink? Or it could be a barred rock mix maybe? It just doesn't look big enough to be a pure barred rock to me.

And it's not the right color for a barred rock roo. They're lighter. And that's definitely a roo.

those hackles to me dont look like roo hackles and its a mix of some sort. can you get some veiws from the top of the bird? i dont see any saddle feathers that look roo eaither

from those pics it looks hen to me has big legs like some of my girls...how old?

That's a roo. At first I thought BR, but I think others are right with the BSL opinions.
