supposed to be sumatra but some kind of freak?

I bought 2 "sumatra" chicks from a local feed store. one looks identical to an astrolorp chick I bought from another feed store. The other always looked odd. It had a duckling shaped body and teeny tiny wings with only a few feathers. you could see its skin through its very fine down. The other chicks have fledged while this one is slowly getting feathers. It is colored like the sumatra/astroplorps but has a longish looking neck and longish legs and big feet. It's down is still kind of thinish. I will try to post pics, I just couldn't wait to ask if anyone knows what the heck is going on with this odd bird.

odd bird might be a roo, they feather out slower.

It may have just been malnutritioned, deformed, or piled on too much by other chicks. . . But pics will help.

I have 2 bantam sumatra hens about 4 months old they seem to be true to breeding.Lets see some pic's .I know what my 2 looked like when born I hatched them from egg's.
