Supposedly yellow eyelid looking red

As in the photo, the upper eyelid of the left eye looks red. The same goes to the other eye except that it's not as red as on the side in the photo.

Is there anything wrong? What should I do?

Maybe some kind of irritation? is she rubbing it? try some saline eye wash that you use for contacts. If it doesn't help then try some Terramycin eye ointment TSC should carry it or Veterycin eye wash.

Thanks. It wasn't rubbing it. It recovered the next day. I still don't know what caused it.

If she dunked her head a lot like mine do she may have washed an irritant out dust feed no telling. But happy to hear it's gone. Such a pretty face!
