Sonya lipread what Endigo said, looking to him sadly. But before she could speak, Endigo had leapt to his feet. "Wh-what..?" she gasped, looking around. But Endigo was gone before she could find out what was going on.


Faith finished her howl, immediately turning to Swampson "You keep your mouth shut. We don't want to offend them." She turned sharply to Taj. "You, too." She gave them both a sharp look, then turned back around in time to see who she assumed was the Alpha of the pack approaching. "Hello," she greeted, dipping her head a bit.

Swampson bristled upon seeing Endigo approach. "You..!" he half-snarled, pushing past Faith in spite of her orders and limping toward Endigo with an angry look on his face.

Endigo looked at Swampson. "What?" he asked innocently. Before Sawmpson could reply, he turned to Faith. "Hello..." he said, dipping his head in a greeting. "I assume it was you who gave that howl?" he aksed.

Faith glared at Swampson, elbowing him and then turning her attention to Endigo. "Yes. We're looking for permission to cross the territory," she said.

Swampson bared her teeth to her. "Shut it, ya daft dog!" he barked. He looked back to Endigo. "Where did you go? I've been lookin' fer ya fer a month!"

Faith fell silent, glowering at Swampson. Taj trotted up to her side, tilting his head at Swampson. "Whoa, he's mad," he said. Faith rolled her eyes.

"And ya better darn well still know where my girl is!" snapped Swampson. He looked furious still, though it was clear that he had used up all of his energy. His legs were wobbling and he had begun to breathe hard, a small rasp in his breaths.


((Edit: Ha, I noticed he called her a she-wolf. :lol: Oops. Fixed.))

"Chill out, Swamp!" Endigo laughed. "It hasn't been a month, and your daughter, Sonya, is fine." he head butted Swampson.
