Sonya tailed the dogcatcher, but was not fast enough to prevent him from putting Yuki in the truck. She watched with wide, worried eyes as he then grabbed the dogcatcher's pole. Her ears fell back and she snarled, her hackles beginning to rise. All she knew was that she didn't want that thing on her neck. She tensed, pawing the ground a bit, then ran for the man's knees, hoping to trip him.

Yuki knew she couldn't get away so she yelled to Sonya "Run! save yourself!"

Jargo dropped Melanie into the crate and closed the door quickly. "Now," he said, grinning. "If you leave, you will have to leave Melanie, and if you leave Melanie, I will kill her, so I would suggest not leaving." he said.

"Shut up, you stupid mutt!" the man said. "I'll get both of you!" Then, he swung the loop at Sonya. (Can she get caught?)

Sonya felt the pawsteps of another dog at her side, and looked over to see a black German Sheperd. She was so surprised by this that she didn't notice the loop coming toward her until it was too late. She felt it tighten around her neck, lurching backward and shaking her head back and forth in an attempt to break loose.

Yuki sat down on the ground defeated but she knew that one the inside she was happy just a little bit and she knew it was selfish, but that Sonya was caughten to she knew it was selfish and hated herself for it but she was glad that she wasn't alone...
