Rex felt a sudden, bone-crushing bite on his leg. "Aghhh!" he screamed, "Jargo... help!"

Jargo leaped at Buck snapping at his face. "When are you gonna learn, fleabag?!" he growled. "Harli, get him!" he said to Harli.

Buck laughed, then snarled viciously as he felt needle sharp pains surging through his flank. Harli had locked her jaws on his leg and wouldn't let go. She shook her head side to side, ripping Buck's flesh. Buck forgot about Jargo and Rex and took out all his anger on Harli. He flew at her throat, but Harli anticipated this, and ducked her head, tightening her jaws on his leg. Buck howled in anger, and locked his jaws on her scruff. Harli snarled and kicked out with her back legs, causing Buck's legs to buckle beneath him.
