Delano was silent, charging after Rex and lunging for his scruff. His fangs were stained red from his previous battle, shining frighteningly in the moonlight.

Rex felt Delano's teeth close around his scruff. He writhed about, terrified, but he knew that there was no escape.Delano was silent, charging after Rex and lunging for his scruff. His fangs were stained red from his previous battle, shining frighteningly in the moonlight.
(KK)((Be back in, like, 10 minutes I think.))
Jargo turned around. "Take him back to my den. I'll be there to... deal with him in a few minutes."Delano clamped down hard. He was not letting another dog escape tonight. Though Rex struggled, Delano still managed to haul him along back to the dens. He sniffed around to find where Jargo had gone, then followed his scent to Melanie's den. Practically throwing Rex inside, he stood at the entrance, knowing he would not fit. "Rex, as you requested, sir," he murmured to Jargo, then took up a protective stance to prevent anyone from escaping past him.
Rex landed on his side in the den with an oof! and leaped to his feet, glaring at Delano.Delano nodded, snatching Rex up again and hauling him back to Jargo's den. There, he dragged the dog inside and released him, again blocking the entrance.
((Hope that's okay.
Probably should have had Delano do that in the first place.))![]()
(Delano's... demonic!)Delano mostly ignored him, sitting to wait for Jargo. His face held its usual grim expression, though battered and bloody from his previous fight. He still had that chilling chanting of 'kill, kill, kill' in the back of his head, though he tried to stifle it. His gaze was suddenly on Rex, that red glint in his eyes once more.
He could kill Rex... He could do it here and now, save Jargo the effort...
But he quickly calmed himself, shaking his head and sending those thoughts to the back of his mind again. He would have to go hunting tonight, he decided, looking back out of the den to watch for Jargo.
