The nice man went to his truck, and started it.
(LOL! Yeah!)((Sure. Can we time-warp to the pound?))![]()
(Mipuppy1 was right. You are a great RPer!)A man was waiting for the truck, prepared for its cargo. He held a dogcatcher's pole and a net leaned against the wall not too far behind him. The sound of dogs barking was deafening as the truck pulled up.
(That's fine. I gotta go now. I'll RP tom. Shall I PM you?)Knowing how dogs tended to be upon arriving there, the man braced himself for a fight. He called over his shoulder to someone out of sight beyond a door. "Ready?"
"Yup," came a reply from another human.
The man tightened his grip as he approached the door of the truck, opening it just a crack and slipping the lasso-end of the pole through. Somehow, he managed to fish a dog out with the device, and hauled it to the ground outside of the truck. It just happened to be Sonya.
She looked around, made uneasy by the new sights and sounds and scents. But she didn't struggle, for she wouldn't know where to run if she did. Instead, she waited as the man latched the door of the truck again, and then allowed herself to be lead back to a cage that another human had open and waiting. She barely made a sound as she was closed within it and the man returned to the truck for the next dog.
He continued the process until each animal had been removed from the truck and was in a separate cage for evaluation. ((If'n that's okay.)) He then picked up a clipboard and began writing things down, looking up at the dogs occasionally as he did.
(That's fine. I gotta go now. I'll RP tom. Shall I PM you?)
(K. Bye.((Sure.See you later!))![]()
