"Well then, I'll just have to take yours." Harli snickered and lunged at Stone.

Everest bristled. "Round some able dogs." He said curtly.

Dixie nodded. "All who are able to fight, come forth. We will fight for our pack and avenge our friends!"

Hollyleap took the pup from him as Harli lunged at him, and Stone leapt at her. "2 in one day" he laughed. "I hurt that other dog, uh, Delano, pretty bad earlier"

Everest stepped from his den, his eyes burning.

Hollyleap took the pup from him as Harli lunged at him, and Stone leapt at her. "2 in one day" he laughed. "I hurt that other dog, uh, Delano, pretty bad earlier"

"Oh yeah? Delano, he's just a packmate. I'm the alpha!" Harli screeched, and slashed her fangs at his face.

(Sorry I was gone; these dogs that we harbored a few weeks ago returned, tried to mutilate my chickens, and are now in our front yard because we're having to keep them until the owners arrive. Oh gaw, I want to cuss out those people; itdiots who can't keep their dog under control shouldn't have dogs at all; my poor chickens...)
