Surviving Minnesota!

Ok Jerry I'm going to put this out there. Horizontal ship-lap is all the rage for interior walls right now. Particularly salvaged. But brand new cut would be gorgeous as well.
I will think on this . Wanted to do something in wood . I looked it up to check my memory and then looked up car siding . Looks like they are using that also . Not much difference between the 2 .

Not going to do the hardwood floors . Those buckle in vacant houses . Not a good choice for a seasonal cabin . I do have a idea for hardwood floors but different . I will give the idea a try . If I do not like it then it is going to be the sub floor .

I think you should try dirt floors. Low maintenance and not much can go wrong with them.

If it comes to the end of the season and I haven't filled my tag I'll shoot the fattest thing I see

Oat meal raisin is my Favorite, as long as there is no peanut butter in them. I have always wondered why some people ruin a good cookie with peanut butter.

No peanut butter in oatmeal raisin! The dog cookies have some peanut butter. They were pretty bland I thought, but the dogs like them.

@KlopKlop I was thinking, instead of brooding chicks this time of the year, wouldn't you be better off picking up pullets that have started laying or at POL for around the same price as they would go to a nice Asian lady?

They would be all black or close to it with a little bleed through and lay nice brown eggs...

If you knew someone that wants to get rid of a certain line of chickens...
