Oh, yes! She was just smaller than a Toad chick. Which she should have been because her egg was much smaller than a Toad egg. She is about the same size as the Doms.

Ralphie, whoever you have in the dominique pen. Keep it! We had 4 females and 2 males. Nice ratio. Hopefully you marked those breeder hens.

I have 2 sets of breeders 1 rooster 3 hens ..1 rooster 2 hens. I have no idea which eggs came from which, I should have marked them, but we all know how I am with record keeping....

Oh, and Jerry it is supposed to be 71 next Saturday, May 6th up here in the Northland. We are headed to Wisconsin that weekend. Should be even warmer there. Looking forward to that.

BTW all of your babies are looking good! And you have made it clear to me that my Dom is most likely a pullet.

The pullets are way darker than the Roos, if that helps.
