Whatever. I’m sick of it and so is my rooster.

One more new night of cooped chickens.

Thank you ladies on the compliments on the run. I like the roof style a lot. It allowed me to use less lumber length and tin roofing was better than I thought it would be honestly. A covered run in this Minnesota winter is a savior imho.

It is colder than a witch's heart here again, -23 as I type this with forecast of -10 as a high. I wish Al Gore had known what he was talking about and then we would not be having this weather !
Happy New Year to all and stay safe out there. I think I will go out and split some wood for the wood stove.
My wife's birthday tomorrow and I will not forget.

One of my roosters was so sick of it he decided to give up on life entirely... found him nearly dead this morning. Poor thing.

This weather is ridiculous! I am going to form a protest march from here to Duluth.

I will be following in my van with a "Beware Protest March" ahead sign to protect you and in case any of you pass out from heat exhaustion you can jump in for a mile or so. If any of you would care to wear swim wear, I am sure we would make a bigger splash on the news.

A balmy - 6 this morning . Windy . Wind chill alert until Tuesday . A day or 2 with highs below zero in store . My donkey is cold !
