Surviving Minnesota!

56 here when I got up . Snow is gone except the piles . Dropping temps all day to 16 by tomorrow morning .
So I am pleased with my progress on the knee . At 8 week visit they will X-ray again . I am looking into stem cell treatments for my other issues .

This is a long story about what stattens did to me . I have fatty liver disease caused by drug induced hepatis ( Crestor ) . This lowered my immune system which allowed me to get toxoplasmosis . This ruined my vision in my right eye . I have diabetes which can be caused by fatty liver . So simvastatin ruined my knee . So in the last 15 years or so statins have done a lot of damage . I found a place that does stem cells for diabetes . Looking for one that does it for fatty liver . As the fatty liver progresses my blood sugar is harder to control . Maxed out on insulin dosage and A1c is rising . So I think I should address fatty liver first . Stem cell is not a cure for diabetes but helps . My doctor says it is rare for someone to have this much trouble from statens .
:rantthat kind of thing just makes me so mad. The "cure" is often worse than the problem. So sorry this has happened to you. :hugs

I swore it was spring this morning. 57 degrees. It's 16 degrees now :barnie
Only in Missouri I swear! If ya Don't like the weather wait five minutes. I'm gonna freeze to death.

-15 at 0500 and we had 6 to 8 inches of snow over ice from the rain which preceded the snow. Driving conditions are not good. The wind has been a factor and thus there are some considerable drifts. The chickens will not be happy with this after those couple of nice days. Here we are again Surviving In Minnesota and waiting for Spring to come.
OOF DA!
