I can’t wait to see that PC Cockerel in a few months when he’s all growed up lol.I am sorry, I am simply a marriage counselor and advisor. I am not allowed to get involved in the actual financing or construction of any items the counseling service deems necessary.
I would truly like to help but my hands are bound by the hypocrite* oath...and a weak bank account...
I have a picture of my Prize PC cockerel than no doubt has Mr G. Bert of Wisconsin beside himself with worry.....

Also I want to show you the type of bird you can expect from a certain Used Cat Salesman....NOTE the stink eye, I know the glare of the reflection of the sun is bad, but you can still see the hatred in his eye...

You never know you may be able to get some good birds out of the hens you have now... if you have any PC hens?View attachment 1298462
Already done, lol, at least with the birds I have appropriate breeding stock for. I won't be hatching from the Chanteclers I have now since my best pullet died last fall. Day 8 on the quail, & day 4--5 on the Ameraucanas.
I don't think so.You never know you may be able to get some good birds out of the hens you have now... if you have any PC hens?

I really like the structure and feather on the top bird but I am not sure that breeding her instead of waiting for better birds is a good idea. It's possible with her lack of pencilling that she might throw some good males... but I am not looking to double mate. I want balance from a single line. I don't want to box future birds into a corner by being impatient now.
