Surviving Minnesota!

Good morning, this snow herby stinks. We have about 7 inches not sure how Ralphie got missed. The snow is super bright especially on sensitive eyes.

Fired up the incubator for one last hatch, hopefully I can get some bantam Orpington yet. The buffs were eating their eggs earlier, then decided to quit laying after they were scolded for the past 10 days I have gotten a few from them and a few large fowl buckeyes for Hutchinson show....and maybe New Ulm shows and maybe Ohio if I can convince husband and children chickens are more important than deer hunting. If you see my family please feel free to inspire them about poultry and the fun it is to network on a national level.

I put 10 buff Orpington in the hands of a young 4h’er. I can’t wait to reach out to their family and become an enabler if more poultry in their family. ;)

Ralphie lives right!

BTW the estimate might have been a tad low as I drudged through it, it seemed deeper than when I looked out the window at it.
