Have been off for a few days searching for our lost little dog to no avail.
19 lbs, diabetic and blind. he is a gonner for sure I think?

I hope he is found soon

About 10” so far, with another 8-10” predicted.

I have no problem with schools closing and then nothing happening. I’d rather they be safe than sorry.

Sorry to hear about your dog EJB. My grandpas dog was the same and disappeared one day.. Figured he went and found a nice spot..

Today’s view. Husband has blue prints laid across kitchen table sending orders to the shop, daughter is e-learning and son and I are arguing about why they closed school, the storm didn’t start to take a firm grasp until mid morning. He thought they should go to school because he doesn’t want a make up day. Mother says keep your butt home in this crap!

Please, drop by here today..You can walk to my barn, feed my birds, collect eggs and marvel in my winter scenery. Feel feel, to set up an easel or take pictures of the woods after the birds are feed and eggs gathered.


As I was typing this, the dog came over and wanted to go outside. I even asked her "are you sure you want to go outside?"

She jumped around all excited and started leading me to the door. I opened the door and she jumped out.....went 8 ft to the top of the steps. I noticed we have a hard snow now, like little white hail pellets about the size of BB's. They were bouncing off the dog. She stood at the top of the steps in about 6inches of snow....looked out, turned around and wanted back in. She is now lying in bed, depressed.

Here we are so far.

Looks like at about 5:00 tonight it’s going to blossom white. I'm hearing 2-4. It looks like the clouds want to break apart by us and not do anything on the radar. But then later this afternoon comes a hit it looks like. Sent the kids to school today. Good move on our school's part to see what was going to happen first. Another neighboring district was closed. And I know they are as brown as we are today.

Ed I'm sorry about your puppy not seeing and being lost. There are alot of do-gooders out there picking up doggies too. So you might try the shelters.
