By Puffy you mean the rear right??

And X2 on the turkeys

So a BIL was just out there scooping poop and he said that she is leaking a thick goo from the back and she is pooping and that it seems runnier to him and she is trying a bit to poop but it doesn't seem like much is coming out.  I am assuming that the goo is her mucus plug and the runny poo means it is cleaning out room in the canal for impending baby.  What do you think?

Didnt see this before. From my experience when they start pooing alot they are getting close. She is "cleaning out" so there is room in the birth canal. It can also be from the calf moving into the birth canal and squeezing the poo out of her. But she would be very uncomfortable. U are becoming a cow genius!! Next step is being a GENIOUS!! Lol

Oh and BEAUTIFUL cow!!

I'm
Ok. Here are the cow pictures. If anyone feels they are too graphic PLEASE let me know and I will remove them!! Thank you. :) I had to put up a picture of her beautiful face. I am in love!! :love So the 2 teats you see closest to us are the 2 extra teats. She has looked like this for days now. And the swelling has been like this for over a week, if not longer. This is the same girl I got undercarriage shots of before. The other Hereford seems to be about 5 days behind this one as far as filling/swelling.
i'm in no way offended whatsoever. I think it's great that people post pictures of other things besides just chickens. I would love to have a cow some day and learning from others experiences will be a big help.. Thank you..

OK Rhetts here is a a pic I got the other day of a red angus who is bred for the end of March/ early April. Did your Herefie ever get this big??
