Was chirpy gone for sure?Been busy.
But I don’t think I have lost a bird to a predator in a few days.
It should slow down in a few days. I am hosting a “shoot” tomorrow afternoon here. We have been busy getting ready for it.
Besides sighting in rifles and slugsters, we are having shooting contests. It’s a public is welcome event, so I hope to get rich with my deadeye aim..
I might even take on a few side bets..... Social Security needs supplementing...
Yes, Chirpy is gone. Was chirpy gone for sure?
I just throw it on the ground near the stump . Might take 2-3 years to produce .The grass has been growing like nutso here. So I mowed again.
skunk STillvisiting at night. There must be a lot of grubs this year.
jerry I’ll do some googling on reseeding that’s hen of the woods on some of my oaks but should I seed the bark or the soil at the base of the tree? It’s kind of nice it’s so big so I can spare a frond or 6, 8 to do some plugs. Here and there! Did it grow one the next year or did you have to wait a couple years?
Put it on the north side.I’ve got some oak stumps that are in sunny places. I’m sure sunny is not the best location...?
