The white fungi started here just before 8:00. Glad I don’t have to be anywhere today.

This is a field south of our house. Usually you can see for miles. Today it’s maybe 25 yards.

The storm failed to miss me.

My ice fishing plans are on hold.

When the wind and snow hit the visibility here is way better than @bobbi-j 25 yards. Here it only gets down 100 ft or so.

It’s not bad by the house because of the trees, but the fields and pastures are nasty. The snow feels like needle points where it hits my face..

Same here, it's hard to tell. Two to four? five? don't know.

It blew so hard there is snow stuck on the screens and windows. Finally the wind has died down to a quieter roar.

this is otter tail county. Every year someone has to try and get on the ice too early.

I think he is a week too early.. IMHO

It's the first night in months that Basil hasn't sat on the ramp to the pop door to sleep.
