I think he said a new minister was being ordained. It was in the big city.

We have a new minister that was ordained in an outdoor ceremony in the cities. Against my better judgment we went to it.

Too many people, too close together.

So today I watched a video about canning lids and he mentioned some old jars are worth something . So I have mostly old jars . Checked one I recently filled . It is a blue square 100 year anniversary Ball 1913 - 1915 . Must have been grandma Mabel's then Mom and now mine . Not worth much $ but nice to know .

Morning . Cloudy morning and afternoon rain . With the rain we have had and now more hen of the woods mushrooms should start growing .

Morning . Thunderstorms yesterday afternoon . Then tornado watches. and warnings . Sammy dog does not like thunder . So I made meatloaf the other day and put in some canned hen of the woods mushrooms . Need to use them up before new ones come . DW will not eat them if she knows . Morels yes . So. I blend them with a can of beef broth I add to the meatloaf .
