Surviving Minnesota!

BC is it snowing there?

It really is sunny and a beautiful day here..

BTW I like the picture with the log on the blue plastic tarp. it makes you seem more human and less anal.

Did you take your OCD meds today?

I cannot be OCD with half my wood pile torn from it's stack by a Napoleon Complexed 44 lb Labrador. The itty bitty Labrador has 15 ice cream buckets (my chore buckets) currently shredded in the yard. The blue tarp is covering straw which is covering a very important connection to our drain field. I'm thinking despite my OCD preoccupations, I'd rather have the poop out in the drainfield than in my basement. Wait a minute. I think blue tarp helping with that still keeps rank and file with everything. I really do need to talk to the blue tarp people though to see if they can do an ugly spring brown to blend more.

Every spring my back deck and yard is Sanford and Son. Watch your step --Labrador poop in various states of winter curing abounds. I was looking at it all yesterday thinking this Sunday I would start some spring cleaning. But now that it's winter again I think I've changed my mind and will let Sadie's play yard of shredded maple fire wood and plastic buckets run amuck a little longer.

LOVE the pictures. Thank you for using the RED solo cups for the plants - LOL. I would buy those in a NY Minutes just because they are in red solo cups.

Red solo cup... I fill you up (with dirt)... Let's grow tomatoes! Let's grow tomatoes!

Funny enough they were just the right size for my starts. The little plug went in the bottom and the dirt covered the stem up to the cup top. Should send out some great roots this way!

Hmmmph. I want some sun blinding me this morning! Ha! Not the white stuff.

Tomorrow we have all day BB tournament for DD. I'm excited for it and I'm not. I think I'm over BB season. Bleacher butt and all.

And DH's NWTF Turkey Banquet is tomorrow night. It's a big day. Uff-dah.

I must say I'm jealous of those gorgeous green plants in the red solo cups. I wish I had more success transplanting plants started in the house outside. The hardening off just is too hard. LOL. I think one of those little 60 dollar roll around green houses would probably help with the process.
