Your lake is liquid.
Long lake still has ice.

I got Dixie's egg before Sadie again today. Woot. It's a lazy day.

Our band practice went pretty good today there's about 70 of us going on tour to SanFran.
At around noon I already had 18 eggs, so I'm hoping for a lot today

It's been a week since I was last on the thread! So many posts to go through LOL

I was wondering, for those of you with large stock like horses, sheep, or cattle, if any of you put goldfish or sucker fish in the stock tank to help with mosquito larvae and to keep debris cleaned up. And if you do, is it still OK to add a little ACV to the water? I like to add about 1T per gallon for all my animals' water. But not sure if that would adversely affect the fish, and google has not been helpful in clearing up that question. @holm25 @Rhetts and any others.

I will have to go through the threads later to get caught up. Hope all of you are doing well, and your flocks as well.

I hadn't thought of ACV for the cows water tank. Hmmmm. I am not sure the in laws would go for it. They all think I am crazy for giving it to the chickens! LOL! I will research it and see what comes up since they have that different stomach I wonder if ACV would affect them differently. As far as the fish and mosquitoes go, I hadn't thought of that but THANK YOU for jogging my brain on the matter. My tank is not a flowing one like Holm so we deal with the build up of stuff on the inside that I scrub out with a toilet brush. I will be researching things now that you have my brain running. I also have some ponds. Mosquito heaven. How to tackle that?? I read putting lemon oil in the water but never tried it. Thoughts on that??

My great uncle would go fishing once a week, and put the fish he caught in the tank. Whenever he wanted a fish he'd go and get one from the tank. They stayed fresh, and kept the tank clean.

Interesting. Any particular kind of fish do better in the tank than others?? I am thinking a sucker or catfish or those brown glass suckers for aquariums, a plecostomus?
