I saw online their is a swap in Washington County on May 7th?

Anyone now anything about it? That is same day as Floodwood one, I have not called them yet, I am waiting until I get my results tomorrow.

I am thinking Washington county might be a better market for me. EJB indicated the Floodwood feed store kind of indicated it was for their customers, If I recall correctly...

Any ideas? And knowledge?

Okay BR you have some 'splainin' to do.... Are you PWI (posting while intoxicated)?

Ralphie your jitters are palpable and although coffee is often a good remedy I think more work to get the coops the way you want is the only way you'll be satisfied. I'm sure this woman has seen all types of projects. With your expensive hide the lumber from Judy runs this lady will think you are a model A operation.

More snow dusting last night. Chickens out walking the lawn though. Wind blowing feathers blowing out of place.

Not much sleep last night. I have a cold with irritated throat. I will probably be worthless today. At 2:30 I got up after tossing and made a hot brandy with lime and raw honey. Idk why I don't think of these things sooner but I fell asleep shortly after.

I need to pick up more raw honey today.

We need to start a thread on Midwest shows and swaps... I might just do that.



BC.. I made one of my famous "hide the lumber" runs yesterday, She had a hospice convention or school or something to go to, I sometimes just say "uh-huh" and "have fun" without really listening to everything she says...... Hard to believe I know...



While she was gone I went to Menard's I got supplies to make more chick pen panels and install Roosts and Poop Boards in the Layer coop. Also they had hardware cloth on sale for 15 bucks a roll. So I bought 10 rolls. You can never have enough. She did ask me last night why I put the truck in the shed. I told her" no reason just felt like getting it out of the yard for the inspection".... I think she bought it!
