I like this one's comb better.

So do I. He is my chubby little guy lol! Both cockerels walk around with me and are very friendly. They just don't let me pick them up. I am really looking forward to seeing their offspring this winter!

My mom didn't let me hunt today

Instead I had to go to a bingo party where I was starved half the time, and the other part I was watching 1 year olds.
I come home to see a picture one of my friends getting this huge buck!


I took some pictures of the cochins today for one of my aunts friends who's interested in some chicks next spring

Maybe in a year or two he has about 2 feathers with a little bit of red leakage
The black and blue smooth I got from Jamie Matts. So happy I got them!!
The frizzle is still my favorite though

I am thinking about crosses for next spring to add some color to the egg basket.... I am thinking of using my splash Cochin rooster over my Legbar pullets for a month or two and then a Buckeye cockerel? I think I would get some pretty neat looking birds that lay green eggs.

Dont worry I have to many roosters right now! I butchered The Son of Lucky today. Jeez was he nasty to my poor Guineas! He had some monster drummies on him! I will need to get pics.
