I have heavy thunderstorms my way. I just put new shavings down yesterday and fresh hay in the nest boxes. Meh. However, the chickens will be happy to see grass again!

Was it actually a shooting? I've heard mixed accounts now. Ive heard someone running people down with a car, something about a machette? that the only shots fired were by police?

seems most info available online is second hand, nothing official and everyone running with the first thing they hear to be first to press

I had to stop half way through cause my mom has a conference call with 3 people she supervises who aren't getting along. So we couldn't be in the house..

I just heard that the guy drove his vehicle purposely into people then jumped out and started stabbing with a butcher knife, after a fire alarm was pulled to get them outside. The only shots were police.
It was over just a couple minutes after it started.

My niece was home for Thanksgiving, I didn't see her. They are in a neighboring state. Her flight was cancelled because of fog so she had to rebook and get a ride to mpls., didn't get back on campus until late last night and her first class was at 10 this morning. She was just about to leave the dorm when she got the text 'Buckeye Alert'.
