Surviving Minnesota!

True. I'm sure they would go ape poop over just about anything a non peta person does...
They'd probably find things to take me to task for, and I spoil my critters.

'Ducks forced to swim in squalid water' (No, really, I just changed that)
'Chickens thrown outside to survive for themselves' (We call that free ranging)
'Hens locked in cages, depriving them of the ability to fulfill their natural mothering instincts" (Jace would kill herself going broody)

Ain't that the truth!!

My Niece a near PETA "vegan". Is upset because my show birds are in cages and pens. The way this summer is going it is the only way to keep them from becoming Furbearing Critter snacks.

Besides they really are no suffering. I might go broke feeding them fake hamburger, but they seem to be enjoying life.

What I want to know is how come there are sufficient of these deluded people to form a club for their branch of nuttiness. Something in the water that messes with their mind?

Tfred..try a sack with holes in it....

This is my setup, for better or worse.

Oh,, cool, you're bring your own snacks for the lions and tigers!
Lol. Zoo today, then nephew bday party tomorrow, the chickens and home.

We are kind of a touring circus. Me, wife, 7 y/o daughter, 6,5,3 y/o boys. We strap Granny on the roof and we're good to go. I'm even wearing shorts for the big trip to the city! That's a rare deal.
