Surviving Minnesota!

Good Luck!

I am doing one last batch in the old trusty foamy. Hopefully, by next hatch the official hatchery will be open for business. On Sunday I set 28 eggs. Of which 7 are Toad eggs....I am not holding my hopes up on fertility. As well as 3 buff orpington....again not much hopes on fertility as I did not do a vent trimming. The remainder are Buckeye and Yoki eggs.
I am gonna be setting 3 1/2 dozen Toad eggs once I replace the thingy-ma-bob. But for now I will put them in a foamy I think... Just to get them started.

When will you get the thermostat changed, Mr. Holm?

I could have more toad eggs for you, I am going to try and test your birds soon.

I am gonna order one in the morning and hopefully replace it the second the thermostat comes! I am putting the one that was in the box of stuff in to see if that is any good. I doubt it is but I might as well try so I could get the toad eggs going and then replace the thermostat when it gets here...

When do you think you would be able to make it down? I need my forms turned in by the 9th so if you don't think you will be able to make it by then I can just contact the state:)
