Northern folk not immune yet.

TFred it sounds like you’ll need to put additions onto the coop.

Jerry enjoy your 65 with skeeters. I saw on the weather channel you’ve got 70s maybe coming too?

TFred Dad used lava on the farm. Remember the pumice too. Was it volcanic rock do you think?

I’ve seen they’ve made pumice plastic beads illegal and trying to do the same for plastic clothes (micro fleece) getting in to our water supply.

Good-ish Morning Guys. Though I’m tired of the white crud it is very pretty to watch the deer frolic and the trees laced with white fluff outside.

I hate frolicing deer! They eat my apples, pears, cherries pumpkins, beans peas and on and on..... I am hoping to discover a bubonic plague for deer.

I managed to catch a spring cold on our one day of spring this year (yesterday) I was outside without a jacket too long grinding feed and working on repairs I had been putting off.

I pulled all the heated dog dishes out of the cages and put in summer waterers in hopes summer will get here.

The birds seemed happy to see me, EXCEPT, they were kind of PO'd when I refused to give anyone new feed. I told them they could clean up the feed they had dropped on the floor.

I have to go work on my tractor today at a friends house. It is tore down as we were putting live power in it. I checked the snow map this morning with a little luck this could slip south of me and miss me altogether..... I would still hate to be in Canby this weekend or anywhere in South Dakota. I find it terribly unfair the way the snow stops at around Fergus Falls to the north west.

I still buy lava and it has the same gravelly feeling. I use the stuff in the orange pump bottle more now, the waterless cleaners. But I keep the lava in the bathroom for those tougher jobs.

Like those mechanic orange cleaners. Go-jo? I have that here at the house.

I’ve made homemade soap with birch bark chopped into pumice, activated charcoal, orange oil and tea tree oils for a 'garage soap'. It was a special order. But I should make more. Good stuff.

my sarcasm got lost on the way to canby. Btw morning and nah I know I would be heading the opposite way. I dont think chicken abducting brings decent ransoms

But Cuddles is special, so he might. Although he does not look the same without his huge comb. Winter trimming him was a shame. I should have snuck him into the house for the winter.
