Good morning, and as erlibird writes Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there.
I had to chase a bear off last evening. Did not kill any birds but did damage to bird feeders. He was in no hurry to leave and I was forced to chase him about 50 yards. Unfortunately bears do not scare me even though my great grandfather was killed by one.

Morning, it is supposed to be a beautiful day today! I am going to try and take some pictures of the Baldie calves today.
@ejb3810 Isn't it weird how that works for some people. My great grandpa on my moms side was killed by a horse, but one of his sons(my great uncle) wants to go riding with me everytime he is out here. On the other hand one of my great uncles brothers was killed while airing up a tire, and that great same great uncle who loves horses will not air up tires
