If the IV just happens to fall out....I nominate Judy to put the Iv back in. She may need to have security hold you down but I’m pretty sure she could manage hitting the vein ..... but to be on the safe side I think I would offer an 8 gauge needle to start the iv with. (Bigger is better right?)

DO NOT TAKE THAT THING OUT! I suppose you could but being the son of a lady that runs Dialysis units I will tell you to leave it be. If you do take it out wear gloves and make sure you have something to stop any blood...

I am alive and that thing did fall out somehow..... it appears I must have caught it on something in the night when I was sound asleep....

They wanted to put another one in... I refused to let them... the nurses here love me.... except Betsy, who suddenly moved to another floor today... weird huh?
