I hatched 75% boys last year... I wanted to grow them out to see who gets to live and breed.... but

that was before the WW decided I was done raising birds...

Morning . A winter wonderland here . About 2 inches of snow and it stuck to the trees .

In this part of the world it is difficult to be enthused about poultry keeping this time of year. This will likely be the worst winter in my not so limited experience. It makes one consider a move to a more hospitable climate.
But I am thinking about adding some birds come Spring.
