Sushi Fans?

Good, but expensive.

I have to admit my favorite seafood is shrimp and crab and that's typically cooked even as sushi, so I guess that makes me a cheater.
 
Shellfish allergy, so I'll have the chicken, but I love anything made with dashi stock. Or udon, or soba....

chirashi don: a bowl of sushi rice covered with chef's choice. Really artistic and delish. Tekka don is pure tuna over rice. Oh momma! I have food sensitivities, gluten too, so seeing what I'm eating is a great excuse.
