Sushi Fans?

I'm a big fan of sushi.

I even turned my husband on to it. He likes it now. He's not as crazy about it as I am, but he'll eat it.

My BFF & I go on regular sushi dates. The family knows this & gets jealous. If I mention her name, the entire gang squeals "no fair, you were at sushi".

I love it all: spicy salmon or tuna, eel, roe, pretty much anything.

Some of the best sushi I ever had was in Mexico. The best and cheapest sushi is in San Fransisco.

I can make it, have several sushi mats, keep nori sheets on hand just in case I can get my hands on decent tuna or crab...... hubby LOVES it but..... I'm not a big seafood/fish fan. So I don't eat it.....

Though wasabi and ginger on the other hand are my regular seasonings. Had ginger spiked beans for dinner tonight and am snacking on wasabi peas as I type. Tomorrow is wasabi beef. Tuesday is tonkatsu and agedashi dofu
