Suspected bumblefoot

Do you think not finding the seed is bad or maybe it wasn't developed enough yet?
Most likely to early I think but could be wrong, and as your treating it already it may not form, if I am wrong one of the more experts will correct me. But earlier you catch it easier to treat

Early bumblefoot often does not have a pus plug. Obviously, it's very good to catch it early. You have done very well.

Bumblefoot can develop from bruising as well as lacerations, splinters, thorns, and punctures. Be sure to check the thickness of the bedding under the perches. If it is not deep enough to cushion the chicken's feet during dismounting, bruising will occur and bumblefoot often follows repeated injury.

Good to know this as we don't have a ton of pine shavings under it so will make sure to do this tomorrow! Thanks for your input!
