Suspected paralysis from vitamin deficiency

I give the entire capsule.
I have more. My vet said there was no danger of overdose as excess just gets excreted. It took several weeks to make a difference. Then when I stopped she went lame again but it resolved when I started dosing again.
Then one day she didn’t need it any more.

Wow, that’s so crazy. Did you keep her confined in a small space the whole time or let her stay with the other hens? I feel bad keeping her cooped up in that tiny cat crate.

I never confined her. She couldn’t really walk so she didn’t go far but she always had her buddies with her to give her moral support and encouragement.
