Suspicious tail feathers. Rooster?

Hi everyone, I always considered myself pretty good at sexing chickens, but I've a 12 week old baby at the moment who is confusing me.

We hatched these two babies June 2nd, and I was pretty certain I had one rooster and one pullet, but the suspected pullet (pure black) has developed some suspicious tail feathers and now I'm second guessing myself. Pure black baby has only reddened up their comb in the last 10 days or so, whereas the other baby (gold breast with red bits) has had a rooster-seeming comb since he was about a month old.

So I'm asking for help. Mother is a purebred pekin bantam, and the father is a pretty barnyard rooster, probably with some silky in him. He has a crest.
