He's a cockerel and looks like a Buff Sussex to me (buff columbian). I believe they're more common overseas. Not sure if the OP is outside the US...

White earlobes...not a pure Sussex. Legs looks somewhat yellow too.

Good point. I initially thought the skin was pink, but I do possibly see a bit of yellow now. Might be a mix then!
