Thanks hypno. Unfortunately I'm incoginito in a residential area so I dont think a roo would go over big with my neighbor. He's the kind that trims his lawn by hand with siccors.
LOL, just found out that my BIL trimmed his lawn with scissors, but only once...
I'm planning on coming, from PA. I attended the CPAC bird sale on Saturday last weekend. There was supposed to be a show on Sunday. I drove an hour to get there, then NOBODY was there. I was very disappointed.
I tried trimming my lawn with scizzors once and I had blisters on the sides of my fingers. Hopefully someone will take them. Need to get a BYC.com sticker on the SUV we are bringing. If not I will just bug everyone to see if they go on here
Hypno, I'll make sure i wear a red t shirt. I'm about 6'1 overweight and I'll have my 8 yr old daughter in tow who has blondish/brown hair. Possibly my wife will be with me but she thinks I'm crazy for getting chickens. Probably show up around 10 am or so.

SIX HUNDRED!!! How do you know that, usually people come and rent the cage. I have never called ahead. I have never seen so many there!!
I contacted Arlene by phone a few days ago and thats what she told me. I never been to this before as I have moved here a few years ago and this will be my first time going.
After I said that lol I realized I am bringing like 70 plus
Hopefully my mom and I don't fall in love with to many birds. I am bringing one split transportation cage. I will have to keep saying in my head. "must resist"
Well, might be bringing my last hold out blrw that I thought might be a hen. As my husband was feeding the girls this morning, it cockadoodle dooed at him!
I know how ya feel mommahen. Our EE was supposed to be a hen. well she turned into a he and starting crowing a couple weeks ago. I have a question to those who been there before. Do you need to register in order to sell birds or can you just bring them? I want to sell my EE roo.
You can just bring the birds. When you get there, I believe its $2 for a small cage and $3 for a large cage. You just find the guy and sign up. Stuff is basically going in and out all day. However, when they run out of cages, I've been allowed to use my own cages for little to no charge. Whatever doesn't sell is usually moved over to the auction area which they hold later in the day. Most everything will sell over there.
