Sussex- roo or hen?!

This little one is 8 weeks old. Any clue on sex? The photo is from my phone so please excuse the bad quality.

 
Sorry I can't accept an answer of "roo"... I soooooo want this to be a hen. And I keep finding photos that look exactly like this one for hen and roo! Darn these guys for being so very hard to sex. I have to re-home if it is a roo :(
 
If you find a pic of a hen that age with a comb like that, it's really a roo!

Seriously, a hen will get a comb that size and color, but not until four months or more, usually.
 
Is that chick black or red? It looks like an Ancona or Exchequer Leghorn to me and in both breeds hens will have substantial combs. Can you post a pic of the bird standing? I would like to see the legs and the bird's stance.
 
Yep this one was a roo! And now he has lost most of his coloring that make him look like the sussex. His legs were very pale and white-ish grey. He stands very tall. He went to a great home!
