I was wondering if you sourced your Naked Necks from a Poulet Rouge line. I know those folks use an improved Naked Neck type and already have good rate of growth. Joyce Farms in North Carolina has some great videos online and they use meat strain Naked Necks from France. I doubt they sell breeding stock but surely someone does. And regardless of weight, you have somebeautiful carcasses.
