My kids call overeasy eggs "flat eggs" and are so crazy about them they will not eat any other kind! I prefer scrambled because 15 scrambled eggs are way faster to cook than 15 overeasy eggs! (we love eggs...)

People often don't believe me when I say my kids eat 4 doz eggs over a weekend. If I made fried eggs they each want at least 3 and the pups need one. I usually feed them in rotating shifts. The littlest first then by the time I get to my husbands eggs the kitchen is clear and we eat together in a nice saturday morning quiet.

My dad used to make us "Face Eggs"...his specialty. Beat up an egg with a little water. Dump it in the pan with a little bacon grease or butter. DON'T SCRAMBLE IT! Just let it cook until it's set. Then flip it. When it's cooked solid, slide it out on a plate. Then draw a face with ketchup. I know two little girls who thought their Daddy was master chef when he did this trick.

Also, you can use jelly instead of ketchup, but it's not as tasty AND it turns the eggs green.

My dad was a genius in the kitchen.

MP, I cook my eggs the same way...spoon the grease over top. It makes ME look like a genius because I seldom break a yolk!
