What has this got to do with the Oct. 3 swap which is what this thread is about?
We always cross-post the info for the next swap so that everyone will know about it. We've been doing that since last November when I started the swaps.

As luck would have it, my BC Marans pullet is now a hen and has started laying.
I 'might' have 3-5 eggs if anyone is interested in them.
This hen and roo are straight from Bev Davis. The roo is one she told me to be sure and use for breeding as he came from a very dark egg.
I am about to put my first eggs in the incubator for myself. I am trying to build up my meager little flock of Marans.

Thank you, I got two chicks from Bobbi Porto she was one of them. Dang it! you always loose the good ones. Anyway forgive me if I offended anyone.
I have lots of chickies I got from Bobbi's house a week or so ago if you want any. Mostly blues.
Thank you for your offer but I'm getting eggs here soon! I still have an awsome roo from her, name Ash, that I hope to make beautiful babies with.
Sillystunt, Do you know if you will be bringing any BC Marans, eggs or chicks?
I will have a few (4-6) eggs from my BC and Blue Copper hens. They just started laying this past week so I am not sure how many I will have for the swap. The roo is from a very dark egg and all 3, I bought from Bev Davis about 7 months ago as youngsters.
I will bring those eggs, plus some eggs from my RIR flock.
I also have a friend who will have some extra white leghorn roos to sell/trade if anyone is intereseted. They are youngsters and she doesn't need that many roos.
