Swallowed a hair band

My chicken just swallowed a 3 inch cloth hair band. I tried to vomit him but only water came out. He seems fine after it. Doing his usual walks, drinking water but not eating anything. What should I do? Can it stop his breathing???

How is he doing?
I don't think there's a lot you can do except see if he passes it.

He is doing fine. Eafing, drinking and pecking around but Im keeping a close eye on him
