I totally understand about the duck and guinea hen cages. There's been more than 2 inches of rain in the last couple of days, and yesterday, I scraped and shoveled a lot of muck out of the duck shelter/run.

But, hurray for Jack and Jill's upcoming babies!

nothing really exciting going on here we have had family over the past two days honey is becoming more and more cuddly and gizmo is learning to trust

so we went to the animal sale where we bought Emma and the Runner ducks. Promise I wasn't planning to buy anything I was prepared though, and well we came home with a khaki Campbell drake he apparently was rased with chickens so he doesn't know he is a duck, which is ok with me he was in a crate with a bunch of hens but the hens got sold and he was alone. when I picked him up he snuggled up to me even putting his head into my hoodie passed him to my mom who was with me and he freaked took him back he settled back down resting his head on my shoulder. so yeah welcome scout

That is the exciting news the unfortunate news is that we lost our baby doves yesterday

But, Scout now has a good home, and that's great news. He's a handsome boy, and it sounds like he is already happy to be with you.
