You could, but a vet will likely want to wait until the wing as finished growing before attempting to pinion.

I'm surprised that the breeder you got them from hadn't pinioned them when they hatched. Where was he/she keeping them?

yeah i was goona ask them if he had his pinioned i still have his number all ask if he has his pinoned it seemed like they are free ranged also. as they were out on his small pond when i drove up.
